All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

The Solstice Witch uses the United States Postal Service for all shipments.

The Solstice Witch does not currently ship internationally.

The Solstice Witch does not accept returns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact the shop as soon as possible using the sites contact forum, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. These are handled on a case-by-case basis, and the shop will try its best to work towards a solution.
